★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lemon cheesecake is pretty good( not sweet type).Abit disappointed with the coffee.They dont even provide serviette when they serve the cake.When asked, they redirect you to get it yourself when they could just hand you a copy as the serviette was behind them?♀️
Staff are seen joking / talking loudly despite the cafe was quite crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading through the reviews for this place, I wonder how it got 4.3 on average.
For me, this place is quite a bummer. It's vision is Let Us take care of you. But when facing the front door to enter, the staff didn't even bother to welcome nor show enthusiasm to open the door, despite us having a baby with stroller. Talk about doing business.
It's true like other reviewers, the staff training is number one priority to improve here.
All are teens, playing to pass time. A common courtesy is required. Poor.
Food wise, nothing outstanding. Hot chocolate is sweet, croissant is very thin and airy, chocolate au lait lacks chocolate, even Big grocery can produce better ones. Of course asked about their popular selection, the German pudding tart also lacks tastiness, very hard tart. Americano with the crown ? sign next to it also fails to shine. Just normal.
If ever you wanna try here, I'd recommend you try delifrance in publika first, as the gold standard before trying here. The price in delifrance is 1.5x la.
Only thing impressive is the environment.
Improve the service first, then only let us take care of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place serves delicious cakes and pastries. The interior is really bright and beautiful. Sadly, it was extremely crowded when I got there so I couldn't take many pictures of the place. Will try going there again on weekdays. Oh, if you're planning to go on weekends, please get there early as pastries run out very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered sandwich via grab, below expectation. The brand themself good in bakery but i find the sandwich they probably used normal masshimo bread, taste same. And you can see the fillings only putting avocado slice with shredded cabbage, this exactly looked like a sandwich made by my 10 years old niece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found out about this place through a friend of mine. This is my 2nd time visiting and it won't be my last. Haha. The place is quite nice, it's at the first floor of block H for Hutton. The environment is very spacious inside and classy clean interior. Anyone would feel very comfortable dining in.
But let's talk serious now. The pastries are really one of the best I've ever tasted. The croissants are really soft, very flaky and enough buttery taste. It reminded me of the old school Delifrance in the 90s. It's only RM5 per piece. I also ordered the peach, the tuna danish and jumbo sausage. All are awesome and delicious. The cappuccino was good too.
They actually have breakfast too but in a form of croissant sandwiches like tuna sandwich, chicken sandwich etc. They have normal bread type of sandwiches like tuna, tender chicken as well. But the catch is if you come around 10 or 11am, their breakfast will probably finished because they only make certain amount and in batches. They actually open at 8:30am. So if you're the type to want to try their breakfast sandwiches, you have to wake up early. And they don't have other type of breakfast like scrambled eggs or food like pastas or burgers all that. It's totally pastry savoury and desserts type and cakes too.
But for whatever they do have, they make it nice and tasty and that's enough for me to be a repeated customer in the future. Please maintain the quality. Overall, quite nice pastries and great experience. ??
