Came to the house to take measurements, but during installation the curtains were too long. They took the curtains back and after sending it back to us, the length was still wrong - we have given up.
Curtain ties only came 10 months after installation of curtains.
There was a free gift (bed sheets) that still has not arrived after 1 year.
The curtain tie back hooks (picture included) are installed horribly.
In our experience, this company only excels at pre-sales and sales. Every single thing that comes after is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought curtains here. Ordered curtains for sliding door of living room. The curtains for just 1 sliding door cost me 3K+, double layer which is pricey but I really liked the material so decided to proceed. The installers came and quickly installed the curtain, took down my old railing and just left it outside without offering to dispose of it. Did not ask me to inspect the new curtains to see if I am happy with it. The curtains was slightly short (senteng) and I would prefer it if it doesnt hang like a pair of borrowed pants. However , I just can't be bothered to call back the sales room and make appointment for them to come again to alter it cause of the hassle with condo maintenance office during pandemic. Baagus also did not do an after sales follow up. Overall, I did not get my moneys worth. Could have gotten the look for a lot cheaper. Honestly expected much better service. But this is just my experience. The only positive is that the curtain material quality is really nice.
