Itβs not the first time,ady few time...
No asking no service... I just choose the thing I need to buy...
And after I buy anything no matter what price... no free gift... even the five small pack also didnβt give me...even I buy Christmas gift set here !!!! No packaging !!! Ommmmg!!!!
The best service is in Midvalley and Pavilion!!!!
Their service is so pro! And they will introduce something suitable my currently skin!!!

β β β β β Keihls didn't fulfil the promise as stated by their website. Previously they promised to buy at 10% discount for my account, stated it's eligible account, then they changed their story as website system glitch when I called them, and later on, when email, they say I am not eligible as I am an offline customer before, even it contradicts with their 10% discount new online customer offer and what they have promised previously as eligible account. Very disappointed and lack of explanation. They did replied once but no follow up and reply after 5 working days beyond my future emails. Not recommended.

β β β β β Poor service attitude, I requested to make a skin type evaluation. She told me that she confirmed I have a combine skin type, without doing the test for me. Canβt you just do the test for me and thatβs it! I requested again then she do it for me finally. After some explaination and recommendations with a super small voices, I considered for a while, and she just walk away to the counter, without saying anything...Before I leave, I heard her loud voices saying βWelcomeβ to the customers who were coming in, while she using a very small voices to talk with me...What a poor serviceοΌ

β β β β β I understood that due to MCO there are limited customer allowed into the shop. I waited in line for 20 mins because customers are testing the products. I totally respect the staff wanted to provide a good service. I asked the manager who were not serving anyone if she could just get me the product and I'll pay her without having to go into the shop. She told me I'll have to wait for my turn and walk off. Totally rude and poor customer service. Ready sales at the door and she walk away. I wonder how she manage the business. She is standing there doing nothing and could have close a sales at the door but she rather make customers wait. I question the managers capability to manage the store.

Usually I buy RM400++ at mid valley or bangsar village I get 10 samples and deluxe size sample like avocado mask or overnight sleeping mask without me asking.. today I bought RM700++ at pyramid I got a deluxe size oil free moisturizer & 6samples.. I had been annoyed when she explained that RM500 get tote bag but their tote bag finished & if I top up to RM800 I get second deluxe size sample? Why should I top up when your customer service is like waiting for me to help you increase your outlet sales but yet couldnβt provide excellent service?
