β β β β β The girl who serve us is so rude. Asking customer to pronounce the name instead of number. A lot of staff in this outlet but service still kinda slow. We had no issue with other empire sushi outlet like the one in IOI Putrajaya. They are way more friendly. Not gonna come at this Sunway pyramid outlet again.

β β β β β I have purchase these sushi on 6 March at Sunway Pyramid outlet, and i have complain to Empire Sushi Facebook page, they promise send me free gift as voucher. Yes i have received voucher but when I want to use the RM5 x2 vouchers just now at Puchong IOI mall, they told me the vouchers cannot be use. I dont know is staff problems or vouchers is fake? Waste half an hour queue > order > make payment, at the end tell me vouchers cannot use. There is a lot of people queue behind us talking bad about us why wasting time to make payment by vouchers. You guys really make me feel angry. If not sincere giving out the vouchers please dont simply give out the vouchers.
