★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst government sector I’ve dealt with. Bunch of lazy gov servants. No effort in helping. No online system to retrieve the old certs whatsoever. Need to go to actual place where we register nikah. If so happen nikah in America how do we deal with that? Doesn’t make sense. But the staff wasn’t helpful even raised her voice. My mother is 60years of age and helpless. In need of sijil cerai so she can apply for any bantuan ibu tunggal but it seems these people are making it complicated.
