★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While walking past this building and stumbled upon SF Coffee. Had lunch here on a weekday and the place is not crowded. Other eateries around here will be crowded during lunch time. They have a another quite a big section for smokers. I like this small little area where the lighting is not so bright and cosy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I would like to complain about 2 Malay girls staffs who were rude to me this morning when ordering coffee and sandwich.
The two staffs appear to be new as they did not know anything about service ethics.q
At first, I didnt mind but when I was about to pay, I asked whether I can use Shopee Pay, the thinner girl didnt reply despite I've been telling her few times.
After I topup my Shopee account, only then she told me that there was no internet so i can only pay using card.
Without sorry for the inconvenience, she acted like it was a normal to do to a customer.
SF supposed to hv the same standard as Starbucks Coffee but because of lack of ethics in your staffs, it shows how lower the standard is.
Please train them properly and don't treat nicely people according to race or gender.
And please, learn some ethics, dont show such resentment face to your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time. Great view and cakes are good too. Their breakfast item is delicious too. We had delivery via grab food for the breakfast item, u can get it before 9 am on weekends, which is awesome ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having the price of Starbucks Coffee, but the services are totally do not worth the price. Moreover, the environment was terrible too. Tables are occupied with dirty plates and cup. Not hygiene at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet never fail to disappoint. Came here twice, both times the same barista mess up my order and the food portion and presentation is absolutely miserable. Ordered 2 chicken curry puff, barista heard wrong and this is the one miserable, tasteless piece I was served. And she just said oh I just key in 1 piece in a tidak apa tone and walked off.
I have had far better service and food quality from SF outlets at Quill 18, AIA, Gardens, Menara Millennium and Tamarind Square. Please buck up the service at this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the coffee compared to other places but the vibe I'm getting this branch is that the people working here have no incentives in giving customers friendly service. A simple "here's your coffee" while handing it to a customer may feel like hard labour somehow.
