β β β β β I am a Ban Hoe Seng customer. Bought my accord from the in 2013. At that time...the sales personnel were fantastic. This trip all so stuck up and never even bother to talk. Also NO stock of Honda Accord anymore for now.

β β β β β Everything went smoothly. At the end of the stipulated 2 & 1/2 hrs waiting I came down to search for my car. It was finished and parked in the bay awaiting collection.There was no phone call or any notification. I had to question several staff before the one in counter 6 kindly helped to check and helped me settle the bill and take my car home. The counter 7 staff who originally attended to me had apparently gone for lunch ! What a disgusting service.
