β β β β β Dissapointed! What point of booking early if you still need to wait for 3-4 hours just for service oil change. I book on 8.30am but till now 12.30pm not finished yet. Very slow. The reason i came here bcoz nearest to my house. If not, surely i will go to another place. Wasted time.

β β β β β Waiting environment is comfortable. Office Staff is polite & explain on my new car checking. Technician side, i can use "SLOW MOTION & RELAX" mode to describe on their work attitude. Almost taking 1 hour on service 1 car for only change engine oil and simple check. Although you have booked appointment 2 weeks before but still have number of car on queue... Please standy by your time and be ready to WAIT !! Thanks.

β β β β β Was servicing my car for years there.. not even once the service advisor had explained about the service as car sent in till I got the key back thereβs no any explainations ! Just simply add on everything and quotes us bill like a Bomb.. the worst part is the cashier Indian girl there keeps her face as if we owe her something. Not friendly at all. Never been a pleasant visit. The service manager should brief them more and look into it. Car seat also not removed and not even escort customer to the car.
