No free gift for being late!...No one gives or offers you a smile/ drink
That's Honda Kulim for you!

Msg WhatsApp asking for the date slot in..replied date is fully booked. Call WhatsApp for appointment at the same date is available and managed to booked. I don't know what wrong with management.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually service my car in Puchong. This time in kulim. Seriously far different, very bad service in kulim. It should be named magna slow ?. Nobody answer call, appointment cancel, no tyre service, the service guy asked me to pour carbon engine cleaner into engine itself, which supposed to be poured into empty fuel tank ??. Hope the new service center got some improvement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call berkali-kali untuk appointment untuk service, tak jawab, office phone pun sama, mobile phone pun sama. What's the point of having a mobile number to ease customer for service appointment if you don't pick up the phone or response to customer's message? And also the apps Honda Touch tu pun tak payah la pakai, dalam slot ada kosong, bila dah book, penuh..Because of their ineffectiveness I have to wait at least 2 weeks for to set another appointment. Such a lousy customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Kalau ada 0 star, I'll rate at zero. First experience with honda kulim and will be the last. Booked appointment through honda touch two weeks before. Only notified the appointment cancel being. Telling me they call for the cancellation. The call which I never receive. I would not recommend.
