★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't spay or neuter your cats here. My cat now has permanent issues from being spayed by them. Also, you can't form a one-to-one client and vet relationship where you could trust that they know your pet and what's best for them because every time you go there, a different vet is seeing your pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t made an appointment but was attended to quickly. Dr Robyn saw my Phoebe (toy poodle) and checked she was ok though she was limping. Dr Robyn was very attentive and thorough, checking on my girl’s joints, paws, ears, heart beat, stretching out her front two legs etc etc just to ensure my girl was ok. Was given painkillers and maximus meds, just in case.
Thank you so very much for the help, Dr Robyn. I am abit relief now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a bit bias here. Have made an appointment for my cat, for a 2nd opinion consultation via online appointment. The doctor that replied quickly suggested dental xray and thus my cat would need to fast as it will be under sedation. Despite knowing how old my cat was, and without even suggesting if he wants to see and consult first. He even asked if i would want the appointment cancelled just because of my concern with a 10 yr old cat who was traumatised from the previous vet action. There was no emphathy at least not in the way it was responded. I had to suggest if consultation was possible. After reading the reply over and over again because of my dissastifcation and some of the comments made by previous pet owners who had visited the vet but with disappointment, i decided to call off the appointment. I think it was a good decision made because another vet with dental xray approach was totally different with options before even touch on the sedation topic. Maybe VPAC handles well for normal illness, but i cant comment anythinh on that except for my experience with how VPAC reply was given. I apologise to those who have had good experience with them but this is merely my opinion based on the reply given by VPAC.

I’ve been lucky enough to build an amazing relationship with them and hold them in very high regard. I will always recommend them.

My cat has an incurable disease.
But they encouraged me and gave my cat proper treatment. It has to do a daily visit. And it's a big treatment that lasts for 3 months.
They helped us every day.
As a result, my cat miraculously recovered. Thanks to Dr. Jasmine and all the VPAC team staff.
They are a true professional team.
They who deserves the life of my family.
I and my cat are happy to meet them.
