★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Wife arrive with child only 4 minutes late than 3 PM, but not allowed to do simple business at the counter.
Operating hours changed because of COVID-19. Like COVID punch in at 3PM sharp.
Wife had to paid RM 20 for Grab just to go there.
Nama saja Bank Islam tapi tak ada perikemanusiaan dan akhlak Islam. Tak ada timbang rasa. Tak ada tolak ansur. Macam Yahudi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menipu client x boleh dptkan nombor akaun tabung haji adalah attitude yg salah ye abg jaga kaunter nombor 3. I put my review here as punishment. And i went to counter to activate my account since it already dormant. You said after 10-15 minutes i can use the ATM machine. But i have to go to other branch since you did not fix it. Sekali lagi, you menipu client. Bad attitude towards customer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took more than 45 minutes for bank draft to be prepare despite telling them i need it urgently. I was the only customer there. 3 counters opened but took a long time for my no to be called. Halfway through, they even asked me whether i wanted to cancel my transaction. Bank Islam really need to look into the staffs providing services to customer. I am also from the banking line, these kind of services doesn't even deserve 1 star.
