★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to express my gratitude to one of the HLB Cyberjaya staff - Ajjujy. I'm indeed one of the regular customer who always in need to visit branch and complete my transactions. Each time, she never failed to amazed me with her superb skills and indeed excellent customer service. Even with current pandemic situation, she still committed with her role. She is surely super helpful! I'm impressed. You are indeed the reason that makes me wanna visit the branch again. Big shout out to Ajjujy, keep up the great work. Stay safe all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CDM here sometimes out of service/hardware failure so need to go inside to cash deposit. But only 1 counter available. The queue took so long i think because all the tenants inside Dpulze use this bank to deposit their sales money.
One time i went here and asked the one at the teller counter i want to replace the RM note because its a bit torn and the machine rejected the notes but the lady said here we do not accept torn money because we just a small branch and didn't bring out the money to Bank Negara. She asked me to go the big bank like Maybank. How come from HLB and asked me to go Maybank. Im very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great experience during my visit to Hong Leong Cyberjaya. I went to open my personal account and surprisingly the process was so fast. I never saw other bank use Ipad to open account n issue debit card on the spot. And I got to know that there is a mobile team can open account outside even during weekend. Very high tech???. I have recommended my other family member to open acct too. All the staff also very friendly and greet me well. Oh...i will consider your offer for the ASB financing. Thank you for your warm welcome and it makes me feels good ?
