★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. Out of 8 only 2 counters were open on Monday. And it was not even busy surprisingly on Monday yet I had to wait 1 hour +. And what's the point of having number system to wait for your turn? People who didn't have a number just walk to the counter and finish their business. And the funny part is the clerk/cashier at Bank Islam actually accept them. Honestly you can throw the machine away! Very slow workers...my God!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff aren't that friendly since it was bank islam.....glad to have one staff that can be tolerate (counter no 5). No star for staff no 7. Learn to have some manner and how to respect people when they do mistake. Can tegur nicely what? Thank you.
