★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provider particularly M. Nazri Fahri does not know how to deal with customers. He doesn’t have sufficient knowledge to provide the service as such he is very unprofessional in nature. I filled the form to get bank statement and I find no where in the form written that I need to show my passport to get it so it wasted my time but they didn’t apologies for the limitations of the system rather argued without logic. I think this is one of the reasons why customers switch to other bank like may bank.

Poor service, and a lot of hassle just to get your incoming funds accounted to you.

The other banks don't allow us to open bank account as they say you have to open it inside university and when go to the bank in the university, they reject your documents due to your nationality. Such a pathetic staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ last week I talked to one of the people in the counters and they said will open bank acc for you, today i went there with the needed documents and they said we do not open because of your nationality. I am wondering what a bank can do in university Malaya while it provides no service to its students.
