★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever had in a bank in KL, went there to open my bank account. They got no quene number for counter service. So, you have to wait until they're done personal talking with customer. Counter staff are so interested to know in which school your kids are studying and your personal life stuff even just for bank account opening. Really regretted for going there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews were right. I waited for almost 2 hours when there were only 3 people in front of me. All I wanted was to open a savings account and only one counter open for that service. Said the service needed to be done before 3pm. Come on now. People don’t have all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs were very rude and one person in particular was very condescending. I will submit an official complaint letter to CIMB. This is unacceptable. How could CIMB allow their staff tarnish CIMB's reputation? Don't they read all these negative reviews? Our experience was similar to others who complained. So it was not the customers being too much but CIMB not being able to train their staff in giving decent customer service. Not asking for top-notch here.. just a decent one. Seriously. So so rude.
