★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why,but it seems like Bank Rakyat didn't standardize their banking procedure. Different branch,got different style. Anyway,this branch satisfied me then Tmn U branch!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience a very good services provided by the staff from Bank Rakyat Johor Bahru. The processing of work is very fast and systematic. It shows contrast to the branch in Larkin perdana. I’ve been waiting for awhile and after that the staff say the system is down and can’t complete the task. I’m very confuse that how is the system can down during the operation day? That is a critical problem for the image/ performance of the bank and its wasting customer’s Time! After this i go to Johor Bahru Branch. I know that the staff is rushing for praying but they still stay to service me. It’s very touching and hope that the authorizes can give a recognition for the staff in Bank Rakyat Johor Bahru Branch.
