โ โ โ โ โ One of the oldest banks in this stretch. The signboard is clearly visible from the main road of Jalan Balakong. But parking is a challenge as usually cars are double parked along this tiny slip road.

Worst customer service ever! went there to print my loan statement as I was told that I paid more than I supposed to, the staff gave me the general statement which I can print myself thru online! She didn't not explain to me why I can't get the detailed statement, she straight away gave me the printed general statement which is useless!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Accountability and ownership is very important. The staffs at BSN BALAKONG branch are so lazy, they are giving so many excuses, instead of accept my application. Ask me to submit to other branch. Please be responsible.

โ โ โ โ โ Long queue since 830am in front of bsn balakong branch. However I saw some people cut queue and went inside and did their transactions. Bsn should assign staff to manage the queue outside the bank and to make sure all people queue up. Those people who are queuing up waited for long are already tired. Please assign people to manage the queue outside and ensure everyone queuing up.
