★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak mesra pelanggan. Baik staff baik pengawal pintu pon sama. Judge semua customer yg datang dekat situ. Nak cakap orang tone tak pandai nak cover habis semua orang dengaq apa yg hampa cakap.
Not customer friendly. Good staff good door guards the same pound. Judge all customers who come near there. I want to say that people aren't good at tones, I want to cover up after everyone hears what they are saying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pekerja lembab pekerja lembab nak mampus pekerja lembab nak mampus mampus. Tak cekap langsung buat kerja sebab bank ni lah paling lembab dalam dunia specifically this branch!!! Pelanggan bukan ramai pun tapi lambat bukan kepalang. Stupid people working buat kerja jgn suka bersembang please buat malu org melayu sebab melayu je suka buat perangai ni bila bekerja (kenyataan)…BSN Sungai Tiram setakat ni the worst bank pernah pergi. Pekerja buat kerja lambatttt sangat2. Harap maklum ya!!!
Sluggish workers Sluggish workers want to succeed Sluggish workers want to succeed. Not efficient at all for work because this bank is the slowest in the world specifically this branch !!! The customers are not many but it is incredibly slow. Stupid people working for work don't like to chat please make Malays ashamed because Malays like to behave like this when working (statement)… BSN Sungai Tiram so far the worst bank ever gone. Workers work very slowly. Please understand !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was using BSN banking service for around 10 years and use to feel the service and the staffs are very good, I have been to several BSN branches, including the ones that is located inside and outside of Penang too. But this is the most worst branch ever. The staffs from the customer service to the receptionist are the worst. They don't even know how to deal with pregnant ladies and the most worst is I saw they are shouting angrily because lost patience explaining some banking terms to a deaf old man . The staffs also like to scold customers who ask for further explanation. They will act as if they are working for free without salary. I don't know and I don't really remember the names of the staff at this branch. But the first counter is a middle aged Malay woman with spectacles, second is a young Malay woman and third is an Indian woman. The young Malay woman on the second counter is the most worst among them all. I hope this message gets to viewed by the administration department of the branch and they replace the young Malay lady with a more professional worker soon. I recently went there for withdrawing my BSH money from PH Government and I asked to the young Malay woman in the second counter how many people more are there and how long it will take for the process and all of sudden she just shouted at me telling "kalau mau duit tunggu, x mau kalau balik".Thanks. This message does not contain any personal hatred, just my personal opinion as a loyal customer of BSN. Thank u BSN for serving me all this while but please don't spoil your reputation with these kind of staff.
