 There are people in the bank, if I want to try, I tell them to check the bank's money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever ! Macam datang sektor gov .beratur dari 9.30am until 11am benda tak setel lagi..1 kaunter shj buka ( Kaunter 8) untuk urusan penukaran duit raya. Ada 8 kaunter hanya 1 kaunter dibuka untuk urusan penukaran duit raya. Pergi Hong Leong bank lagi better.
Worst experience ever! Like the gov sector is coming, queuing from 9.30am until 11am things are not set anymore..1 counter is only open (Counter 8) for money exchange. There are 8 counters, only 1 counter is open for money exchange. Go Hong Leong bank again better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my experience with Maybank back then, I never have good one. However, kudos to this MIB Bayan Baru because you have changed my perception about that. Me urgently need to activate the account for my house loan, been attended by Branch Manager Mr. Ahmad Tajudin and Pn. Norazita to complete my steps. It tooks me less then 30min to finish all the process which save my time so much.
Piece of advice, make sure you have completed the account registration online and download the M2U and MAE apps in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls improve and educate your staff especially the frontdesk Malay lady who lied to me regarding all bank could not proceed to online transfer from ASNB. Whereas I called another MAYBANK branch, the customer service told that it is already available and no problem at all to do the transaction. Why your stuff lied to me that all bank cannot do the transaction today. Your staff can't fool since I already log in to ASNB website and it seemed that the website is already available. She didn't bother to check the system at all and still dare to denied. Please again upgrade and educate your staff.
This MAYBANK BRANCH BAYAN BARU, IS COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. FULL STOP.
