★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After receiving the parcel the City Link Express courier person calling me for self collect & iam not accepting it ,Iam prefer him for home delivery then he change the tracking status "primary number not available & unable to contact person", actually they don't want to do home delivery they are preferring only self collection, City link express having very poor performance,next time never choose this courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my parcel still no movement from 7th May.. whnen called branch they said will call back after 10 minutes but yet no call received after 30 minutes.. pls help my parcel is very urgent I will lost my customer because poor service from city link..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad courier posman ever? The driver name Azmeer Bin Azahar very bad attitude! Called me and said put guardhouse and I am not at home due to working so I request him not to put there. I mentioned will go to office collect parcel on tomorrow and asked for the office location. He cut off my call! I added his whatapps and ask again the address. He quickly did something and made me cant saw his profile pic in whatapps, somemore sent to him became only one tick. I called again for ask the address and he said very fast and cut off. He said he is vert stress due to many parcel. So? Can be a reason of bad attitude? I talk softy and well to him but he keep cut off my call!! Azmeer Bin Azahar is his name! Remember!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ courier citylink is nonsense at all..seen in system since 9/5/22 out for delivery, did cancel my plans and waited same day..till 10/5/22 called up customer service,said will follow up and call them to expedite. 11/5/22 still no update .manage to connect with citylink bayan lepas branch. They provide me drivers number to personally call.called many times,"number not available " call again citylink and ask is there any number to contact azhari(driver). She just answered me "dia kat bawa"nanti I inform yah! Nonsense ! Why she cannot inform driver and arrange on the first place!. Few minutes she call back and said driver will deliver today..I waited again. 12/5/22 no update system still out for delivery, driver no courtesy to message and explain cannot deliver or what. ! I call again ,same lady aswer my call she won't tell her name...again give me assurance will inform driver and call me. Still no follow up call or update.
Lucky thing I got parcel to receive from other courier company, I went down I collect..I saw my parcel from citylink in guardhouse. Which is nobody update me and driver didn't call or message. Citylink is the worst courier services ever I encountered. ? wasted customer time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason I gave 1 star rating is because there is no option for me to rate it negative!! My parcel take 2 WEEKS time and still not yet arrive until NOW! I call all the hotline from day to night but no one of call is pick up!!! I wonder where are all the staffs doing whole day???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a reason why the average rating is so low. And yes, it is true. Although the name is express, it is really way too slow. So imagine sender is from Penang, shipped the item out on Monday and by Friday same week, they are still keeping the item at the facility and reason given were not enough resource/drivers to deliver the item. The tracking status were also not accurate. Example, item shipped on 11th. By 13th status is showing out for delivery. Then by 14th the status is back to at facility and the previous record item out for delivery got deleted.
The phone most of the time unreachable or no one pick up, i think hit rate of getting someone to answer call is 25% or less. I WONT BE CHOOSING CITYLINK express for sure but too bad, seller at Shopee told me it was auto assigned. I do hope they will improve their service in future.
Well, on a small brighter note, the receptionist were polite and she manage to locate my item rather fast when I go self collect. That is the only positive thing I can highlight.
