The credit card instruction on setting phone number to online banking TAC at ATM not working as well.
End up need to revisit back and forth the same place for a single task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wont blame the bank , but this is the WORST branch. I could have when Ipoh RHB and settle my banking stuff and come back . You imagine how long it takes . I waited with 6 people . And none of them was happy . They also suggested to close this place which makes alot of sense .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible service from the queuing system. And the SECURITY GUARD from SECURIGOLD lets all Malays go back door (NO queueing number also can get in) . And leaving me outside waited for 2 hours without being entertained. Worst queuing system and security guard firm (SECURIGOLD) I’ve ever encountered.
