โ โ โ โ โ I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights family staycation. Hotel superb and the breakfasts are amazing. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. On our last day, we checked out and went shopping at the Mall. We had lunch at Sukiya in Pavillion Mall. We left the items we bought at the restaurant and only realised it the next day after we are home in Melaka. I called the Hotel and the operator Miss Wan was very helpful. Immediately she informed the Duty Manager En Ali who went to the restaurant and confirmed the items were there and secured it for us. Real life savers! This hotel definitely goes the extra mile in hospitality and service. Simply fantastic!

โ โ โ โ โ Yes I'm back to this hotel! The hotel staff are friendly as usual. Feeling warm to be here, especially Michelle from reception. She has prepare a surprise for us! How lovely! And this time they have lemon juice ! They are reading my review! I have a perfect stay here. Loves.

โ โ โ โ โ The Ramadan Buffet could and should have been better. Food definitely needs much work and the variety of food offered is quite the disappointment for the amount paid. Dining area is warm and suggest that a doorman is left to assist customers with their hands with plate. The only saving grace of the night was the fellowship of the collegues.

โ โ โ โ โ They've got some things right, and many things wrong. There are better hotels nearby, so I'd only stay here if those are full.
Pros: Clean rooms, great sheets and towels, new so room looks fresh, great location with a private entrance into the mall.
Cons: Started poorly: request over the phone for early check in was met with a rude hanging up. Check in and out was a little slow despite not much of a crowd. They hold your deposit for a month (???). The room we got had a clogged sink and no towels. Room service was slow / not really able to help with things like a request for a cable. Amenities were like a 3 star hotel: no coffee, no toothbrush/shaver. Our room was near a service door which constantly was left open by staff and beeped. Walls are thin, you can hear people walking / talking outside.

The hotel is in a superb location, the rooms are very well-kept and comfortable, the breakfast is great and the front office staff are friendly and welcoming. I would like to thank Racheal who helped us arranged for connecting rooms and gave our daughter a pleasant surprise for her birthday. Racheal is very patient and professional and definitely an asset to your hotel. We will highly recommend this hotel for a great holiday.

โ โ โ โ โ Very spacious room with very good breakfast with lots of food to choose and fresh juices. Very near to the center of Bukit Bintang, not just shopping & having meal but see the beautiful night light surrounding the area. On top of that, view from fitness room & infinity pool looks stunning while doing activities. Would come again in future.

โ โ โ โ โ Had my wedding luncheon at The Courtyard. The whole experience was a very pleasant one from the very starting to the end of the event. Both my husband and I am very happy and satisfied that we made the right choice.
Kudos to everyone who put the event together. Special thanks to the F&B and Event team for making this a memorable one for us and our guests. Keep up the good work! ;)
