โ โ โ โ โ Good service by Kiapeng representative, Miss Zullyana. She really goes extra mile to make sure you have a great experience in Kiapeng. I just underwent company dinner, meeting and staff training. Food was good, accommodation was cery comfortable.
Overall experience is good. Would definitely consider coming again and recommend others.

โ โ โ โ โ Made a split second deciision to stay in the hotel for same day checkin ??.. Never regret it. Awesome facility. Newly open few months I guess. Very clean and nice swiming pool. All the amenity in the room are new. The staffs are very friendly expecially the front office, nurain - cute and beautiful. Recommended to stay.

โ โ โ โ โ T'was a lovely staycation in 8KiaPeng during the Christmas weekend. The overall experience was satisfactory:
- New and clean environment
- Strategic location (only 15 minutes walk to Pavilion area). Shuttle service to KLCC, Bukit Bintang and Chinatown is provided as well
- Breathtaking cityscape (can see Twin tower from my room ?)
- Friendly and helpful staffs (the Chinese guy serving breakfast in Sky Lounge is attentive)
- Sumptuous breakfast buffet
- Common areas like swimming pool and gym are well maintained
- Sky lounge nice ambience
- Beam e-scooter is available for rent
Last but not least, my family really had a great time. Also thanks for the thoughtful arrangements, Mr Anthony (GM).

โ โ โ โ โ Attractive price for a fully furnished service apartment with 2 rooms , spacious, very clean and comfortable. Huge infinity pool, the view currently overlook a few construction sites. The breakfast unfortunately was really disappointing.

โ โ โ โ โ You will never go wrong with new hotel or resort (less than 2 years old). Everything is new and clean. My apartment is spacious, bright, stylishly furnished and comfortable. The view is excellent - facing the twin tower. Love the pool. The hotel is still undiscovered so it was less crowded even on Christmas Eve. Excellent value for money.

โ โ โ โ โ I gave three stars for this hotelโs sky lounge as the view of KLCC Twin Tower is completely blocked by a on-going constructing building and unable to enjoy the view that advertised in their social platform (though I think the picture in their Platform is for illustration purposes). Nonetheless, this is completely my point of view.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a gem in the city! It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay for family with young kids. The location is superb, easily accessible from highway through smart tunnel, and close proximity to KLCC and Pavillion. The apartment is clean and new with good quality finishes and appliances. It comes with washing machine with dryer which is a plus point for family with kids. The infinity pool facilities was fun and spacious. The breakfast was above expectation for a suite. The Snr Manager Connie and staffs were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the pool view is obstructed by some buildings which are under construction, but it does not stop my kids from having fun. We will definitely come back again if we visit KL again. -Ms Goh EM

โ โ โ โ โ The only place we will stay in Kuala Lumpur! This is not just a hotel it is an experience. The suite had a kitchenette, incredible views of the city, beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Everything was spotless and cleaned to perfection. The room makes you feel completely at home while still getting to explore a new place. The staff is where it gets taken to another level. Everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile on their face. Incredibly accommodating and caring about their guests. Breakfast has a great view of the city and has many local food options to get you to experience the culture of Malaysia while youโre straying with them while still offering plenty of western options to accommodate every pallet. We highly recommend staying here during your visit to Kuala Lumpur. You will NOT be disappointed.
