Everything is delicious at Kita Kita especially the cekodok. The service is excellent. They are moving to a different location, sadly.

If you're looking for a civilised Sunday brunch with the spouse or loved ones, this is the place. The cafe is nestled in a handicraft boutique (owned by Nori Abdullah) selling beautiful Malaysian silk batik, quaint china ware and related items. The cafe has an old Malaya feel, with Saloma, Fynn Jamal and Zee Avi playing in the background. There is a lunch set for everyday of the week. And a choice of traditional kuihs such as bingka, kuih ketayap, seri muka and the likes. Johor laksa is the best I have ever tasted. The sambal belacan has the right balance of chilies and belacan, and one can taste the freshness of each ingredient. For a place with an exceptional level of service, good quality food, lovely relaxing atmosphere and good music, I'm surprised that it isn't as crowded as Huckleberry next door.
