★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 drinks and still need to wait over 15mins. 4 people working.....2 of them busy talking to each other....1 cashier and 1 batista....and we are the only customer. How to survive with such slow pace mentality....this is my second time here....my God. I am not impress. Won't bother to come here anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Females staff are so rude. Waiting in front of the counter but no one come and take order, all staffs just ignore and chitchating on their own. The worst bawangchaji branch I have ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible staff and service at cashier; if don’t like to work the go home, showing up and expecting salary but don’t want to work. Most drinks prices are RMX.90 but keep telling us they are out of 10 cents, even though another one of my friend just gave them 10 cents earlier. Management better look into this as there could be consider theft. Imagine them telling all customers they don’t have 10 cents to change, how much could they pocket in a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's weird when customers are q-ing up more and more. Only one counter staff will attend and assist in preparing your order. The rest of the 4 stafffs will just continue to cut their fruits or slowly do other things instead of helping to prepare the drinks. Job allocation is bad while u have so many staffs in the same spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can taste it authentic tea. I like their rose tie guan yin milk tea & white peach oolong milk tea, very fragrant and refreshing!
However, service is very slow and the staffs are unfriendly.
Insufficient dine in tables and chairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is sucks, knowing that having long Q of order but the staff took their own sweet time gather and chat and take their own sweet time to make the drinks. Paying such price and seeing that kind of attitude. I think no matter how nice is the drink, its not worth the price anymore.

I really love this bawangchaji. Taste fresh and good! I think I’m the lucky one cause I went there during weekday and just wait around 5-10mins to get my drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First timer here and tried White Peach Oolong Milk Tea RM13.90 and it was good! The cashier gave us a solid recommendation and no regrets trying this. Came here on Sunday evening and drink was done in a timely manner. Less than 5mins eventho there was 2 orders ahead of us.
-1 star because they ran out of cheese foam. Also, the sitting area is dirty, the chair is stained.. I am sad that the cup was a con cup volume wise. Haha. Look so tall but actually got air partition at the bottom.. AND BAMN MINI CUP INSIDE
