β β β β β A Big Shout out to Shereen and the team for your impeccable service experience!!! No discrimination here, as on my first visit I was only wearing my seiko 5, she greeted and connected with us professionally with trying on the various novelties. (unlike a similar boutique in the Gardens,hint hint older brother of Tudor, who greeted us with a condescending stare and brushed us off...i'm sure I was not the only one as there were many similar complaints from the watch forums on such experience LoL) sorry for the rant, back to the topic. I paid a couple of visits to the Boutique before i pull the trigger on my current dream piece. They did not have the colour way I wanted but Shereen specially ordered it in for me in great timing. After finally deciding on the piece and getting the stamp of approval from the missus, placed the payment, and sized the bracele. Walked out Really happy with how everything was handled. Kudos To Shereen & team for such a pleasant and hospitable experience. Will surely see you guys again! cheers~

β β β β β Dropped by earlier today to have a look at the brand new Breitling Navitimer 41. I was served by a humble and professional lady named Carol who is well versed in watches. Obviously she is an experience watch sales advisor. Didn't pull the trigger on the watch yet but certainly will do. I was invited to a Navitimer event by Carol and definitely going. Appreciate the attitude of her not being pushy when it comes to sales. Its 2022, hard sales is no longer relevant. Definitely will pull the trigger for the Navitimer soon and looking forward to create my purchase history with The Hour Glass! Wonderful service and ambience of the boutique

Thumbs up to Mr. Jess, he is patient, informative, friendly and most important respectful to whoever walks into the store regardless how we dressed up. It was a very pleasent meeting Jess and listening to his advise in watches and finally bought my very first Cartier Santos. LOVE IT!!

β β β β β I think this is one of my favourite branch of the hour glass because the interior is welly designed and the overall atmosphere were super comfortable. I have been visiting it several years. Always had a great buying experience with Winnie without any doubt!Highly recommended!

Welcomed by their smiles and warmness when I first walk in. No nonsense, just very upfront with all details and no dramas. Love their professionalism and attitude, that's why I went back 3 months later with my third piece of Zenith El primero.
