★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is somewhat old. One of the elevators is broken and did not fix for weeks. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap, this is not a bad choice. It’s not a luxury apartment because it was surrounded by other apartments so absolutely no view whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great ambiance, clean environment, 24 hours security with frequent patrolling by the guards, gigantic swimming pools with jogging lane around the pools, decent playgrounds, tennis/badminton court, gym, public restrooms, convenient store, laundry, saloon, restaurants etc.....?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an ordinary apartment with a clean environment. But, what I like the most is the swimming pool. The pool is quite huge compared to most apartments or condominiums. You can enjoy a relaxing swim without bumping to someone during swimming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet environment though it is a little old.. Still, there is a lot of greenery to enjoy with fresh air.... There is a few shops and a food outlet... For convenience of the residents...
The place is clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. Security is good. Stayed here for about 8 years and never had any security issues. Downside is that it's a low-medium cost apartment. So don't expect the corridor, lifts and etc to be great looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, this is the most terrible apartment I have been staying before. Especially the management person, late to work and left office early, most of the time even not in the place. Couple weeks ago, a strong wind and heavy rain just eroded the soil under the tree which indirectly enable the concrete to break and fall on nearby the parking area, all the bricks fall off and hit those cars. This kind of maintenance is totally sickening. In my opinion, i think all these issues are mainly caused by management team, thus, in order to achieve improvement, they should have changed the staff in management team. I remember one of the spec guy with some beard saying that he felt 'pity' on the person who caught in this accident, but his way of speaking is totally ironic. This guy is such a disaster, dress well but speak in a disrespectful manner.
