★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am one of the studio unit owner. Got the key recently, did some cleaning, installed basic furnishing and spent the nights. Enjoyed beautiful sunset view facing west. Surrounded by posh bungalows in front of my block. Very strict and helpful 24hr security. Plenty of parking spaces. Nice pool & gym. Looking forward to opening of retail outlets at ground level. Many restaurants and eateries nearby around Ara Damansara. Easy to buy stuffs. Citta, Tesco, Evolve, Paradigm and Giant is a short drive just minutes away. We even bought a few small furnitures from Ikea at the Curve and assembled ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well guarded and gated condo with beautiful swimming pool, gym and hall for small gathering. The unit I visited was all about tiny living, a lifestyle we embraced living in a city area making cleaning and decor to a minimal. Truely comfortable for senior citizen and young family. I loved how they construct the windows which allowed you to placed small decor, flower pots just like those windows in UK and other Europe countries.... Just homely and loverly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this place is the swimming pool view. Other than that, its quite terrible. The management has changed but somehow it gets worst. Lots of facilities and lift are not maintained well, 1 lift will break at least once a month. And if Selangor has water problem, be prepared to stay elsewhere because Maisson will stop having water for 2-3 days. I have been staying here for 5 years. I think its time for me to move out of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Well-designed condo with unobstructed view of the city skyline. A block at each of the four corners and an executive block. Ample carpark and large common areas. Good security deployment. However, the lobbies appear plain, will be good if SM can spice them up with potted plants.
