★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Staircase is so steep! Pity the old people cos it is very torturing to walk up such steep staircases. No wonder so many units on the highest floor and 2nd highest floor are for sale. There is no lift, no Swimming pool, No Gym, no Badminton court, no squash court, no tennis court, no facility at all...but but the price for this walk up flat is higher than many condos that have full facilities and lifts!
