★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place with tight security. Good for pick up and drop off unless you are invited in by someone living there for a Christmas party or something. Highly congested area during peak hours.

They're handling so many diff persons at the entrances yet acting so irresponsible!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old building. You have to walk long way to block d if you having drop-off/pickup. Olympic Swimming pool size in a resort style design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor overall maintenance. lifts breakdown very often considering that this is a new development. obviously there are better choices for the asking price and rental. Traffic congestion outside the condo is a norm, which is frustrating as one would expect this happens to only low/ medium cost development in a less desired neighbourhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place to stay with nice view and great facilities. The guards here are extremely helpful, kudos to them. Only downside is the lobby area is not fully utilized and concierge area being too far inward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful condominium that faces the Tropicana Golf Course. There is ample facilities on level 6 of this exclusive residential development comprising various meeting rooms adult swimming pool, kids pool, wadding pool, gymnasium, mini library, squash court, table tennis room, etc etc. They even have a 7/11 convenience store on the ground floor which forms part of a 50,000 square feet multi purpose utility area. Not many developments have this.
