Staff was rude by ignoring customer’s call as closing time is near. I just wanted to get a cake to go and it wasn’t even 7:30pm yet.

I am a regular customer went to bens the linc every week and today is my last time to go there. The waitress there is very rude to customer. I went with my friend last few weeks we sit outside and they forced to pay the bill separate bill before my food even arrived and the reason is like must and I was suprise why we 3 girls need to separate the bill but is fine. Today i went again with my friends and when I want to make payment to separate bill the malay girl wear spectacle was very rude telling me “Tak Boleh”, I ask why? The bill not even printed out. I am paying the service charges and tax for RM 18 and get a rude attitude like her? My total bill is RM 134. The waitress keep talking with each other and dont even want to serve the customer, they dont even serve us the plain water until we asked . I have ordered the watermelon juice, 3 traditional mac and cheese and velvet cake but still need some water. Had a bad experience and never wanted to support Bens anymore. Why management dont take any action? Can you see google reviews at the Bens The linc? All bad review and even have 1 star only. Customer service friendly is very important for customer to enjoy the environment and food else we can just eat at home if have this kind of treatment.

Was about to order lunch here today The waitress and waiter was so rude The waitress impatiently show us to the table and ask us to just scan for the menu Fine But the menu wasn’t user friendly as it keep asking us to register in adobe with our email address Which require us to log in into adobe So we asked for menu The waiter bring an iPad over and tell us there’s no physical menu , waiting over to get our order We tell him about our problems and he rudely said there’s an scanner on your iPhone right ! Just scan it ! We just left and the waiter didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience and just ignore us Hope the management will take note on this Won’t step in that cafe anymore if there’s no improvement next

Went for lunch today. A colleague made reservation for 14 pax through call. Only when we arrived, we were informed that its mandate for each of us to order main, drink and dessert. What on earth?! Why ben’s have to dictate what we should have for lunch? If this is a policy by ben’s management, suggest you revisit. Obviously I didn’t follow this silly policy. I told the waitress i would like to speak to the manager, was ignored. I told the waitress i aint ordering any drink or dessert because i simply dont wish to and anyone got a problem can come and approach me. I usually go to ben’s for the ambience and hospitality but after this experience, doubt i wanna go back. Frustrated.
