★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old building and the layout is pretty confusing. Considering the size, there isn't much of anything here actually. We went to the GSC and the seats were below average compared to other GSC branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old mall needing tenants urgently. They have vast spaces, easy access within town and a huge parking lot(parking rates are rm4 per entry).
1. Notable shops are Starbucks and Lol Soon Ee dessert deli
2. Major exhibitions like Matta Fair are held here.
Mall is soacious, but tenants are few.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thing I noticed when entering the mall was the toilet facilities. The toilet facilities at Megamall have been completely refurbished. The toilet here is like a toilet in a hotel and very clean. Megamall is not what it used to be now, as many stores are already closed and moved to big malls like ECM and KCM. Although Megamall is the third mall option in Kuantan, I still like to visit here due to its uncrowded and very quiet. I hope that Megamall will be able to re-establish their name again.
