★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuck for more than 1 hours in roof top parking, still unable to exit from the car park. Very poor management service from the mall, no guidance on the traffic flow in car park, customer service is uncontactable at all (09-5316776).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a frequent shopper at this mall. It's one of the largest malls in Kuantan and it's always clean, safe and easy to find whatever you're looking for. Parking is plentiful and there are a wide variety of stores, restaurants and other retailers here.

Brought kids to Play On. Nice place for children. Adequately big enough for large crowds though would be nicer to control the numbers at peak hours.
I feel the management need to disallow the use of bikes. Older kids tend to cycle aggressively and recklessly.
