★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very average, expected more of the Melia. The receptionist was super cold and was not able to give us the two keys as requested. When we asked about the best way to get taxis, we also got a super cold response. Super unhelpful. The location is great, the rooms were clean (but rather average). The breakfast was super disappointing. I probably wouldn’t stay at the Melia again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff over the phone was not helpful. However we encountered a faulty aircond but the staff upgraded us to a better room. Thanks to the staff, me and my wife was very happy and delighted by the action. We will sure to come back to stay in the hotel in the future. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not worth more than 30$. The reception was very bad compared to the neighboring hotels. If you exceed the check-out hour, you will pay 50 Rm. Calls to restaurants from the hotel phone are charged, the cleanliness is average, and the hotel is old and deserves only two stars. I expect everything was acceptable except for the bad reception

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very beautiful and good-looking hotel. The location of the hotel is strategically located inside the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Its location is facing the Berjaya Times Square Mall and easily accessible via monorail through Imbi station. The car park is available for the hotel guest at the basement. There are 4 level of basement parking and the guess is charged RM8 per entry. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. The amenity provided were ample and I like to sit at the couch facing the hotel window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic location. Comfortable rooms. Unfriendly front desk. I booked the hotel in advance for four nights and I specially requested higher floor with better view. But the front desk given me the alley view with our window blocked by another building. I have asked the front desk to change the room and the person denied changing the room. He said the hotel is fully booked today but clearly it is not. Many rooms available on many websites.
He somehow does not want to give us a higher floor rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness and location is good. Is located opposite of time square. But the reception and service of the hotel have to improving. Receptionist very fierce and not friendly when serving customer. Besides, there is limited house keeping services provided. Even a simple mineral water are also limited supply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beside the location is good, the hotel staffs is totally not helpful! Normally when we reach hotel the door boy will welcome or assist us somehow, but here the guy was just stand there like nobody business. Well! When I was doing my check in, there were two men asking for help on calling grab car. It seems like they not so familiar on using the grab. But the front desk just saying “sorry we didn’t provide the service”. Ya I know you didn’t provide the service but I believe if this happened in other hotel, their stuff will keen to help their customer or teach them how to use it. If say the front desk was busy then I can understand but at the moment I’m the only person went for check in, while there are two stuff at the front desk area! Fine! The thing that make me really mad with the hotel services was when I request for extra towel, they reject me! Reason was I didn’t mentioned earlier in my booking??!??? what a joke!!!!! I been staying many hotels before this is the first joke I ever heard! So Good Luck Melia Hotel! If u wan your reputation turn good better sack your current worker! Change a better team who really know the hotel services well. And right after I saw many bad reviews on your page now I understand, I’m not the only “victims” ? for those who wan to stay here, just think x3000000 times before u click proceed
