★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bermaz Auto seem to be in a state of total confusion when it comes to actually supporting their expanding customer base. 18 months ago, they made a request to Citroen owners to supply full registration/Vin details of their car and their contact details for inclusion in their service data base - which we all did.
Following two successful, warranty services at authorised service centres it now appears the corporation has now "lost" all those details for these cars which are no longer on file or "in their system" - so the company is now instructing Citroen service centres to refuse service to Citroen cars despite them having a current, valid warranty.
And all of this without any warning or communication of any kind with their customers.
These sort of management failures certainly do not bode well for the future of parallel brands, Peugeot and DS in Asia.
