★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time using the services in Ampang branch. Unfortunately, goods were damaged during delivery. One of the staffs advice not to bubble warps and he promised me the goods were be safety delivered. However it was not the case. The goods were damaged with oil stains, chilli sauce, and the boxes were dented.
I talked to the customer service and boss. and they were not helpful. No compensation was given. The boss said nothing can be done. He didn’t show his concerns for offering assistance. I wanted to do the claim and asked from the customer service but then I get slow response from them. Nobody answer my call, nobody reply my texts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The full time staff, managers and the management team is totally unfriendly and they do not think about the part time staffs at all. The manager and management is only thinking of the profit only. Not the well fare of the part time staff. The manager and the management are playing politics with the part time staffs by cutting the earnings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call whole day no one pick up, i have no choice go to centre directly but they close even before closing hour. My courier by Air from 13 May till today 25 May also not received yet and somemore all my other buddies in diff locations received their goods in past few days. By flight also not much diff with by boat. Bad experience
