★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the highest level of worst. Called their customer service to ask regarding late delivery of parcel, then this female staff asked us to call hq shah alam. When I called shah alam, they asked to call this station again. The batu caves customer service’s staff got mad at me back as I was trying to get clarification. Please reconsider your life again seems like you’re not suitable for this job. And please just shut down your lousy business
