★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for my package for so long yet your tracking system says the item was delivered and signed by me. To the courier guy Muhammad Nur Azlan bin Haris, I dont remember ever signed the package sent by you? If you lost my package, say so. Please don't lie. If you are reading this I want to tell you I have contacted your HQ for further action. I doubt anything will happen cause your company is the worst courier company in Malaysia but remember in Akhirat you will surely be asked for this. May Allah forgive you cause I wont.

The bad thing, they kept your urgent mail 17days. Approximately. Without telling their customer a single text or call or email. I need to walk in and ask about it. Suddenly they said “they cannot find it” then i told them on saturday 1/1/22 get me before 12pm or else ill find your boss. Then mira helped me to solve this and I appreciate her effort. Thanks.
