★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has been holding my parcel for days to almost a week now. No movement at all. Back to back "attempt fail" Would appreciate if there's an update as to why it's being held for so long. Tried calling the hotline number, it's unavailable. Poor and terrible service.

3 items were sent from my sellers from 9th July.
Seller from Selangor to buyer Selangor.
J&T’s tracking system last update was 13th July 2021. I called and follow up on 19th July 2021.
They told me delivery delayed due to high volume.
I was wondering..
1)3 items sent on 9th July. But 1 delivered. Where is the rest of 2?
2)System last update on 13th July. Don’t tell me they don’t have enough manpower to delivery the items since 13th July?
3)I called to their hotlines for so many times but not works at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel stuck in warehouse for 4 days. No delivery no update. Till I called seller to push then only they deliver to me next day. The parcel itself is a plant and going to withered soon. Given it is "express" service, please improve your logistics!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No action taken when complained about undelivered parcel which still not delivered for more than 10 days. After many many calls to call center, they suggested to contact shoppe to request for refund. So unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this J&T service should'nt get a single star. middle finger is suits!! poor service as well customer service too. goods sitting under warehouse for unknown reason. local item but it takes 3 weeks and still sitting on warehouse. shopee a bad platform with j&T service. both should deserve middle finger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off my Shopee parcel on Saturday, yet the the tracking was not scan to the system yet. Went here on Tuesday to ask about my parcel. Attended by the staff wearing scarf (a bit chubby), and she was quite rude. Waited for her to check the system and went at the back to look for it for almost 10mins. And finally took out my parcel and said jnt cannot send out my parcel because it's not in the box and she was making annoyed face at me when i asked why they didnt call if they didnt send out the parcel. Very dissappointed!
