โ โ โ โ โ I track my parcel and it stated that it was delivered but nobody's home so they have to left a sorry card. The problem is there was nobody coming and there was no sorry card. What the? And the best part was their help desk was so rude she hung up so i have to call again and demand them to resend my parcel. Lousy services

Last time I emailed it to them that I won't be available on that particular dilivery date so diliver it on another day yet they diliver it on that day and made issue for me.Today I had issue with my mobile so I couldn't answer on time so he told me to come to a place that takes 10 to 15 min walk but he said he will not wait more than 5 minutes. have extremely rude dilivery guy and when I called gdex to tackle with my problem they just told me to get parcel myself as the guy has left my place already. Dilevery guy said that I don't care about your parcel (as if he wanted to say go to hell) and they just deliver only on friday and they don't give a damm about customer.

โ โ โ โ โ I don't know the function of reschedule that gdex company provide. The first day got the message that shipment on his way.. But due to raining the postpone but they try to achieve me on friday but I was not around to collect it.. I use the reschedule. But on saturday when I track it back it say i refuse to accept the parcel?. But when I read the review for this branches even the company it self have bad reputation. I think this company should check and change their system or just closed the company. Thank you

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service, request friday to deliver, and cs called me at the day and said the posman forgot to take my parcel, tf is this excuses. And so i have to waste my petrol and time to take my parcel myself, not to mention this is the 2nd time alrdy.

โ โ โ โ โ Never seen such garbage and poor service. My parcel has arrived in batu cave for more than ten days, and it has not been delivered yet. I called to ask and the customer service asked me to tell her what items were in the package. I have used a lot of GDEX and have never seen such a junk service. The gdex of batu cave is really rubbish.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst service ever. Took almost 2 weeks to deliver within SEL - KL. Finally received my DAMAGED items after calling and emailing them several times. Kept giving lame excuses and lied about the delivery status. Would NOT recommend anyone to use their service ever or else you might get poor quality service & damaged items just like me. Time & money wasted.

โ โ โ โ โ Such of the rudeness workers here.. how dare she does asking receiver what item we bought instead in the public.. she supposes to find it herself in tracking number ??? please use the politeness to treating people. If not you will be getting an illness of heart attack because you always use the emotional way to do work. You treating your body not good.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought something on 30 April 2020 and received it on 13 May 2020. I understand about parcels congestion and short of workers during MCO. However despite slow delivery, I called their customer service and they
always say to deliver the parcel on the next day. They even claimed not saying anything about delivering the parcel on the next day. Bad service. This is my second experience with such delay. Definitely not dealing with them again in future.
