★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who not only wants a workout beyond calorie-burning but want to move efficiently and prevent injuries.
All the instructors are qualified and are very knowledgeable on anatomy and making adjustments for clients with different physical problems even in a group class whether in Pilates or Gyrotonic.
The studio is very cozy, clean and comfortable.
They group classes are generally kept quite small so we always get a lot of personal attention from instructors too.
