The Black roll class was really awesome. Teacher Bill is really patient and meticulous. Never would I know with the apparatus I am able massage areas that were hard to reach and also reach for deep tissue massage. It's better than acupuncture, which offers usually a temporary relief only. It's a small investment for a lifetime of better health.

After joining them for more than 2 years, my posture has improved a lot. The teachers in Bhumi are very professional as they will explain every muscle with regards to the pose. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends.

I'm so glad that I get to know them. I've joined group classes, private classes and their online classes before, no matter what kind of class I'm in, the teachers are always very attentive ,patient and helpful. Besides that, Bhumi Lifestyle studio is very nice, clean and relax place. They also created a very clam and relax and safe environment for their student.

Private online lessons with Bill Wong has been a wonderful discipline for me. I get his full focus of Bill's dedication and passion. He imparts his knowledge and experiences with clarity. Each session is packed with goodies that pushes me to do more and it gives me a sense of accomplishment for my well being. Bill's sessions encompasses interesting holistic routines that are varied and purposeful. I would recommend Bill highly if you take your personal well being seriously - because if you work with him, he will most definitely take you there. Update March 20th 2022 I just attended a super 5 Star two day Blackroll Workshop with Bill and Shan. It was a very comprehensive workshop that teaches me how to relieve or care for my aches and pains. A relaxing beneficial and invaluable knowledge to counter the post super yoga/Pilates classes that were taught, as well as our own daily physical activities . A big thumbs up and I most definitely recommend that everyone should be armed with a set of Blackroll tools and how to use it properly. A big Thank you from me to both wonderful Instructors !

I joined Bhumi Lifestyle personal class since year 2018, with Teacher Aeryn until now. I started from zero, from cannot feel & control until I am able to gain more awareness and control on my body. Now, I know how to maintain a good posture and engage my abs. I need to say Thank You to teacher Aeryn, for being so patient and never give up in coaching and explaining to me. Thank you Teacher Aeryn, thank you Bhumi Lifestyle, in helping me to have a healthy lifestyle!

Jason was great and helped me understand my body and posture throughout the exercises. Helped make sure the right muscles were used. Much needed after hours of sitting and a sedentary lifestyle while working from home :D

No word can represent how much I am grateful with the teachers here. They are experienced and attentive teachers who care a lot about their students. They taught me how to activate my glutes, pelvic floor muscles, the core, the breathing techniques. They focus on breathing, essential and foundation of pilate. Simple movements yet if done correctly would make huge difference to your practise, your body awareness and change your life. I love Bhumi Lifestyle and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Their classes are for everyone. It would be safe practice with proven results in short terms. Thank you Bhumi!

Recently completed Pilates Shaping & Toning online workshop by Teacher Bill. Thanks for making exercising fun! Appreciate the regression movements, takes the stress out of me for not being able to do what everyone else can. The correct muscle engagement makes each session so much more effective and safe. Pilates has made me more aware of my daily posture, constantly reminding myself to maintain good posture while standing and sitting. Learning the correct way of distributing my weight helped my feet feel less tired. I’ve also seen improvements in my flexibility, being able to stretch more compared to when I first started, when stretching was such a pain for me. I’m now more mindful of my food choices, while still allowing myself the freedom to choose. Thanks for letting us know we don’t have to stick to a super strict diet 24/7! Joined this workshop with the goal of just exercising a bit more, but gained so much more than that! Thank you ??
