Then, all the malay staff are not friendly at all especially when customer come in for the first time, they should ask what customer want but instead they are doing their own things and ignoring customer. So, when customer ask something then got one malay staff lady are ‘tarik muka’ & she sound so rude. Very bad experience for us as a customer who come there for the first time. And then there got one pharmacist who are very friendly & helpful. Thanks to her for being kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. Saw how one of the staff was answering rudely to a senior citizen when they were enquiring about a product. She doesn't show any patience towards the customer. And when the customer wants to validate the staff's answer with the Pharmacist, this particular staff gave a sour face to the customer. And when I was at the Pharmacist counter, the staffs there was happily talking loudly while ignoring the fact that there was a customer there talking to the Pharmacist. Because of their loudness I can't really hear what the Pharmacist was saying! Very bad experience visiting this outlet!
