She knows her stuff very well and was able to give tailored advice on which ring/wedding band to choose. There are many varieties to choose from in this shop and the price is reasonable in my view. If you're visiting here, please look for Irene to help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I saw The Bear ring on your facebook, I immediately showed hubby. I exclaimed with excitement, "It was as if the ring was customised for us!!!"
26 years ago, when hubby and I started dating, being 6 ft tall with swimmers built, he was like a teddy bear to me. Big enough to protect me and yet with soft and tender demeanour. From then on, he will get me teddy bear soft toys when he travels. Today, a bear which he bought from Germany is still hanging in my car after more than 20 years.
This year is our 20th Wedding Anniversary and hubby decided to order The Bear ring. The service from ordering to collecting the ring was fantastic. Very professional & personalised. Very clear instructions on how to care for the ring plus how the ring was made were carefully explained. No wonder they are an icon especially in Subang Jaya.
The best part is they are famous for their customisation too! We will definitely recommend them any time!

She is very patient, understanding to my needs and budgets and have so far only recommended the best that is within my parameter. She has her client's (me) best interest at heart and I thank her for that. Do look out for her if you are in need of a jewelry shopping advise!

I saw how she observed my personality based on the options she showed me. Her customer service is a stellar 10/10. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed as a customer. Everyone in the store was friendly. We were served Chinese tea while looking at the diamond rings on the second floor. All my questions were answered well. Irene gave value-added services - prompt ring re-sizing (1 day), re-plating with 22K gold (didn’t know this was possible), affordable pricing (stayed within our budget) and a complimentary beautiful ring box. She sent beautiful videos of my ring at the end and I felt very satisfied every step of the way. Fun fact: we bought my ring 7 days before the engagement. Believe me that you will be in good hands with Irene. Your opinion and feelings matter to her and she ensures only the best for you. I would definitely come back here and engage her services again. Meeting her was fate.

She is so smart and talented in our rings selection process, guiding us to the most perfect in design and comfort. She is very available all the time, and also she toured us well through the rings factory on the top floor of the shop! so cool and inspiring. Pointers Jewellery is perfect in terms of designs, quality, material, and service. She made sure our rings were flawless, and im thankful that ours are perfect! We were also gifted many gold and pearl products since we purchased our rings at wedding fair.
