★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Briyani. First batch was Basmati rice. The refill after that was normal rice.
Ordered Sirap. Sirap was diluted and tasted more like sugar water than the actual drink.
Ordered Vege as well. Was charged for it, but was not delivered.
We ordered for 400 pax, the fish cutlet provided did not even cater to the 200th person. How can this be fair?
Only 280 guest arrived, but food was insufficient.
Made a complaint to Ms. Shanti. (Contact Person), she was very rude and refused to speak to us properly. She also denied that the quality of food and service was bad, even with proof. She also did not handle this issue professionally and created even more conflict.
Until today, there has yet to be an initiation for partial refund or even an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The order was made for 40 day's prayers, our family was recovering from sad moment, but what could be more worst, when the food ordered didn't make the oder we made,we have ordered for 180pax, but they give rice for only for 80pax, half of the people who came for prayer didn't eat due to rice finish,When we ask about the rice with the lady "Shanthi", the way she talked was very rude and vulgar. Please don't make this mistake by order with this caterer, you'll regret. Food also not nice at all. Beware with this caterer.

For my father's 40 days memorial prayers
They brought the food at 4pm. After completing prayers and rituals at 8.15pm people started to take dinner. But only left with 1 pot of rice in which they supposedly deliver 2 pots. Only a part of the guests arrived ate food, but the rice was already finished. When we checked with them they told us that they forgot to deliver another pot of rice. Half of our relatives went back without eating. Although half of the relatives went back without eating the food it still was not sufficient. We called several times to check their status and rushed them to deliver on time. Again when we checked with them they kept on telling that they were otw but they delivered 40 minutes later. Upon delivery the rice wasn't cooked properly, dhal was not fully cooked and other items did not meet the expectations. After the prayer session we called them again to ask for an explanation or even a compensation or a partial refund. But the person in charge was so rude, she even critiqued our religious beliefs to scold us. Still we were polite but she crossed her limit while responding using disrespectful words. She didn't even bother to take responsibility or to handle us patiently. She didn't even asked an apology but instead she kept on attacking us rudely like she didn't want to entertain us although it was their side of mistake to deliver the food very late and the quality of the food was not up the level they promised. She sounds so rude and irresponsible. Thus we do not recommend this catering and we would like to highlight that it is a huge risk to book food under this catering also we noticed a similar occurrence of the issue was reported in Google reviews 3 months back.
