★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my 3rd year I rented the car from Big Thumb and they provided great service. The price was good. I booked on line and immediately they wasap me with the arrangements required well ahead. They send me a reminder before my trip and provided the details as to where to meet who, their contact details and arrangement to pick up the car at 9.00pm.
The return of the car was also smooth and they contacted in the morning on the arrangements and all went smooth and easy.
I will give a BIG THUMDS UP for Big Thumb who leave by their name and provided excellent service. I will continue to engage their services fro my subsequent trips.

The car is quite new and received in clean condition.

I booked for a Myvi for my family to travel to KL but got a upgrade to Innova for free due to the car unavailability and the entire experience with Big Thump was hassle-free. Value for money as they charge nominal and the process is very easy - book online and get in touch with them over call or WhatsApp. Kudos to the team and wish you all the very best for future business and customer experience. They very punctual during pick up (from airport) and very flexible in time during car return to make sure everything go smooth. Tip top car condition, clean, and clear briefing during the car collection process.
