โ โ โ โ โ Very slow, my bus ticket was 8am should be depart, but the bus drag until 10am only depart. When we find the driver and ask why need to wait so long, he scolded us and said they just workers, everything is from their boss, want to argue more can just leave the bus. Very rude attitude and bad service. If can, please don't use this company anymore. From KL to Penang, spend 7++ hours to reach.

I would advise not to take this company ever,even the service Timing is prefect for you.
They have multiple pick and drop point between one destination to another.You have to re-inform the driver where is your destination,because they won't drop the passengers according to the ticket purchase.
The customer service was not get back any update even after you making more than 10 times report.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought ticket back from shah alam to larkin. Was told need to shift the bus but Waited 2 hrs for unknown bus to come and pick us up. I bought because the time is convenient with me. Who knows got delayed 2 hours. Might as well choose 11pm bus ! Please dont buy ticket or support this company anymore. I didnโt read the reviews before this im a bit upset n regret cause i didnt read it before i bought the bloody ticket! Actually they just wanted to save money as me and my sister are the only passengers in this bus!

โ โ โ โ โ The most worst bus ever! Smoking smell through the whole bus is like omg! Bought the bus ticket at 4:30pm at Hentian Duta but end up become 5pm that I book the seat that which is fully seated by someone so I need to seat the other seat ! After 3hrs and half only reach ipoh bus terminal! What the ?? Sungai nibong terminal will be take more time than that is like omg so pls think twice to book this bus before if you are rushing home !
