Downs are...
1. Security guards cannot. Understand English or Malay. I think they just u der stand gestures...
2. The place is a maze from lift to room. Better get the owner to explain in details how to. Get to room.
3. Restaurant on the ground floor is not halal.
Overall its just OK....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experience at an affordable price for a quite big family. With a 700 /-sqf you have a room with good facilities and the 'handler' fast respond to questions is appreciated. Less a star because WiFi could not connect and sometimes you can end up in a very less comfortable room. By the way, I always enjoy the cityscape view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury High-Rise Apartments very close to KLCC. Good security and this is the room I got on the 27th floor. Modern, clean and very well furnished room. Worth every single cent. Well recommended for 2-3 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice studio apartment we have checked in. Good kitchen and scenery. Just not satisfied with the pool. Hope that management make sure the pool is clean since it public used. Tq hope can continue holiday at here! Adios!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is the worst. In terms of deposit they took all the money in one go. But, when it came to return the deposit, they gave my refund in 3-4 times and told me we are waiting for electricity bill or water bill. It’s been 75 days since i left the room they still have not refunded my entire money. Worst management ever. Will not recommend to anyone !!

By accepting high amount of deposit, they hide existing wall damage cover with decorations.
Then your deposit will be forfeited with them blaming customer to cause damages.

Aircond works poorly
Refrigerator stinks
Filthy with cockroaches
