Price - 4 out of 5. Decent n competitive pricing comparing its peers.
Food varieties - 4 out of 5
Food taste - 4 out of 5. The best was lamb. Seafood corner was ok. Oyster was 90% fresh based on what we have picked.
Food replenish speed - fast
Staff hospitality - 4 out of 5. They were a bit under staff during peak hour.
Parking - 3 out of 5. Too narrow and weird turning
Will come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the BEST 5 star Hotel in the town! For a new hotel in Kuala Lumpur, the Four Seasons has really outdone itself and found its footing relatively quickly. I was very impressed with the interior design of the rooms, the housekeeping was impeccable and the service from the food and beverage staff was also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came as a vendor at Grand Ballroom 6A but was told little to no information about the place by event organizer but a worker who i forgot to ask his name who I believe stationed at the entrance & concierge named Mizan helped me find the most convenient way to ballroom from parking lot, the parking entrance, how to unload my stuffs & where to validate my parking which I am very grateful for. At the buffet line,from chefs to their kitchen part-timers & servers in coats are a bunch of friendly & helpful lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there for a weekend getaway. Superb friendly staff, room was excellent with the view of KLCC park, vast breakfast buffet spread and service was top notch. Only two things I would like to comment which is, first, the swimming pool water temperature was too cold. It was not even slightly heated. Secondly, our bathroom shower area was partially clogged, so it's difficult to enjoy a long shower as you will always need to worry of water spilling into the dry bathroom section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing room. Modern luxury style even equipped with ipad for you to order room service etc. The bathroom is so huge that it can fit another bed. Room service menus are fantastic. 5 stars hotel with 5 stars value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love the hotel. My 4th booking here. Amazing hotel, attentive friendly staffs. I love the facilities; amazing pool! (U can enjoy swimming while listening to the music in the pool), love the sauna and the gym as well. Overall 5 star facilities. Breakfast is great as well. Highly recommended!
