★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i used to stay here years ago when it was still le apple boutique. i went back to this hotel after the pandemic due to the location. Nothing much changed, the interior just a bit worn out.. but to me it is still acceptable, price also ok. people are still nice despite the change of management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid Rm300+ but the room wasn't worthy and was uncomfortable.The beds and bathroom are the worst part. For these reasons I won't recommend.The prices are too much and not valuable .Better stay in other nearby hotels which are more nice and worth for Rm300+

1.Nice hotel in the heart’s of KL.
2.Walking distance to KLCC.
Cons
1.Limited parking space.
There’s no suggestion from the hotel management to ease our proses.
2.Room not cleaned properly.
There’s a lot of hair on the floor,toilet..urgh am not even go there.
3.Noise
We can hear people talking and vehicles moving.Clear as day.Maybe the management need to think about soundproofing the room.
4.Unfriendly staff
Unfriendly receptionist during check in.But during our check out the receptionist is so polite. Kudos for that…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked two rooms, a deluxe king and a triple bedroom. The size of both rooms is decent and the bed is generally OK. The toilet wall looks incomplete although we understand that it could purposely be designed that way. I think it is the first time where we come across a room with the back of the TV facing the window. It gives the weird feeling when we watched the TV. The location is superb, close to LRT and two shopping malls, namely Suria KLCC and Avenue K. The motorcycle noise can be annoying at night, emanating from Jalan Ampang.
